1. Simple Future Tense (will / shall + Verb 1)

🔹 Rumus:

  • (+) Subject + will/shall + Verb 1
    (I will go to school tomorrow.)

  • (-) Subject + will/shall + not + Verb 1
    (She will not come tonight.)

  • (?) Will/Shall + Subject + Verb 1?
    (Will they play football next week?)

🔹 Keterangan waktu umum:

  • Tomorrow

  • Next week/month/year

  • In the future

  • Soon

  • Later

2. Be Going To (to express intention/planned future)

Digunakan untuk rencana yang sudah pasti atau tanda-tanda jelas sesuatu akan terjadi.

🔹 Rumus:

  • (+) Subject + am/is/are going to + Verb 1
    (She is going to visit her grandma.)

  • (-) Subject + am/is/are not going to + Verb 1
    (We are not going to watch that movie.)

  • (?) Am/Is/Are + Subject + going to + Verb 1?
    (Are you going to eat that?)

3. Present Continuous for Future (rencana pribadi)

Dipakai untuk rencana pribadi yang pasti dan biasanya disertai jadwal.

🔹 Rumus:

  • (+) Subject + am/is/are + Verb-ing
    (I am meeting my friend tonight.)

  • (-) Subject + am/is/are not + Verb-ing
    (He is not coming tomorrow.)

  • (?) Am/Is/Are + Subject + Verb-ing?
    (Are you leaving tomorrow?)
